At GETAIL DESIGN, shipping is an extension of the experience itself.
We exclusively use DHL Express GoGreen Plus, a premium shipping service designed to deliver the fastest possible transit times while reducing environmental impact through carbon-reduced logistics and fuel. Performance and responsibility move forward together.
All orders are shipped directly from Italy. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination.
As our global presence continues to grow, we recommend checking whether an official GETAIL DESIGN dealer is available in your area for local availability.

We always prioritize the fastest available service:

we do not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier, and delivery times are only estimates.
Any customs duties will be borne by the buyer.
The countries that are not subject to customs duties are:
- Countries belonging to the European Union
- San Marino
- Principality of Monaco
- Austrian territories of Jungholz and Mittelberg
- French overseas departments (DOM - Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Reunion))
- Canary Islands (Spain).

Lost Package Policy
In the event your package is marked as lost, we will consider it officially lost if there have been no tracking updates for more than three weeks from the last status update.
Our procedure in such cases is as follows:
- We will first contact the courier to investigate the whereabouts of your package.
- If the courier is unable to recover the package, we will send a replacement identical to your original order.
Please note that our policy does not include refunds for lost packages, but we will ensure that a replacement is promptly sent to you.
